Whats a GM?

GM means Game Moderator, this means a GM looks after everyone in-game. No matter what Server, Minecraft ranging to Team Fortress 2.
People have complaints, issues and so they need help. Thats when the GM's come into play. They take care of them with a friendly attitude, the sort of kindess that is real not rehearsed or staged. The Teletubby Team wants staff who can co-operate with the players and even enjoy themselves a little, for an example a player asks you to join them, so you do. You don't go around insta-killing, you have fun. A GM takes care of the issues and complaints by players, if something is out of your reach like custom item editing ask an Admin or SuperAdmin to help you out. An Admin will surely help you out. A GM also has access to the Teletubby Team email, in order to reply to any issues regarding in-game matters. If any sexual harassment or abuse of some sort is taking place in any Game Server they must be warned and banned and ALL warnings and bannings MUST be recorded via a screenshot.

This is what it means to be a Game Moderator.

If your application is successful, you will have 1 interview by an Admin or SuperAdmin then go through the Trial GM stage, from there you will be monitored on your progress. If the SuperAdmin/Admin believes you are ready to take on the role of Game Moderator, you will be en-stated with full Game Moderator Status.

Also, if a fake application is submitted you will be banned no matter what your status is (VIP, Loyal or Player).
